Dr. Francois Tessier, Ph.D. is a French Canadian citizen from Montreal, Canada, in Quebec Province (https://www.powerfullhealer.com/). He is an Award Winning Energy Healing Therapist and a College/University Lecturer.
He has a Level 5 Certificate in Spiritual and Psychic Program granted by the International College of Spiritual and Psychic Sciences, Canada. He is also a Ph.D. of Philosophy in Therapeutic Counseling from The Open International University for Complementary Medicine, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Therefore, his connection with Sri Lanka is very strong as he comes to the country many times each year.
